Court ordered abortions and political strife impede racial reconciliation.

Friday, October 20th, 2017

171019 blog image1News Alert: On 10/19/17, Judge orders government to facilitate abortion for seventeen-year old illegal immigrant known as “new Jane Roe.” Justice Department seeking injunction to save life of baby. The shelter where the mother is housed has contacted a local pregnancy center and the grandmother of the baby to seek assistance for the mother and unborn child. On other fronts, Congresswoman Frederica Wilson inadvertently stirred up more pain for a widow of a war hero with her misinterpretation of an appropriate condolence call from POTUS. Issues of racism and discrimination are lurking in the shadows, raising their nefarious heads.

Fact check: Abortion is a civil wrong that violates the civil and human rights of unborn children; where is the lawyer for the baby? In this case the office of the US Attorney General argues that the mother does not have a constitutional right to appeal to US government for an elective abortion on demand while as an illegal immigrant unless there is a medical emergency. As to the issue of condolences to the war widow, she needs our prayers without all of the shameful political jockeying.

Those in favor of the young mother having the abortion are proponents of an abortion agenda initiated by Margaret Sanger, a 20th century racist eugenicist who founded Planned Parenthood is considered by some to be America’s “Mother of Abortion.” Sanger championed eugenics and racism in her day, going so far as be an advisor to the Klu-Klux-Klan, and to birth a Eugenic Movement which as resulted in the genocide of millions of blacks and other “undesirable” at its core.

Those who are criticizing the President for his choice of words in his condolence call to the war widow are part of a group that is constantly attempting to unsuccessfully malign the Office of The President of the United States. It is time for a time out across the corridors of unrest and strife that are attempting to overtake our nation. We should start now with sincere racial reconciliation.

In the search for racial reconciliation in the twenty-first Century, the keys of truth and repentance for abortion and all of our sins, as well as the application of Agape Love towards one another will be the keys to unlock the gates of deception and open the doors to righteousness, justice and liberty.

Let’s first unlock the lie of separate races. The words “racist” and “racism” are thrown around a lot today. From a Christian standpoint, racism is a sin based upon the lie that we are separate races. The Bible teaches us that as humans we are One Blood, one human race.

Racism, the concept that we are separate races divided by skin color breeds idolatry and is at the center of much of the discord and violence that human beings have experienced since the Fall of humanity.

If you look at the sons of Abraham, you have Isaac and Ishmael. Here we have two brothers and two peoples – the Hebrews and the Arabs. They’ve been fighting for years, and that’s a family feud. This conflict between two brothers can be looked at as a racial war. How can they be separate races when they are blood brothers?

When we move forward in human history, we have the nations of Africa, Asia, and we have the Caucasian nations, and yet people are thinking that they are different races. Then there are the sons of Noah and his wife; Ham, Shem and Japheth who are “fathers” of the African, Asian and Caucasian Nations; Nations, not races.

Consequently Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. said we all have to live together as brothers [and sisters] or perish together as fools.

My father, A.D. King, said it best when his brother, Martin Luther King, was killed, and I wanted to be mad at white people. Somebody killed my uncle. I needed to be mad with somebody. I said, “I hate white people, Daddy, I hate white people!”

“Alveda,” my Daddy said, “you can’t hate white people. White people march with us. White people go to jail with us. White people die with us. White people didn’t kill your uncle, the devil did.”

“The devil, Daddy?” I asked. Daddy was teaching me that human beings are one race.

171019 blog image2Yet today the erroneous concept of color blindness is still touted as a faulty solution. “I don’t see color” is a misguided effort to say “I don’t accept skin color as a legitimate or valid determination of a person’s race. Think about it, color blindness is a medical and spiritual condition requiring restoration of sight. The concept of being of separate races because of skin color is a lie. We are one blood/one human race! [Acts 17:26]

Acts 17:26 – Of one blood, God made all people to live together on the earth.”

The sin of accepting the lie of separate races delineated by skin color is at the heart of many of our human conflicts today; including war on the womb and global wars that threaten the existence of humanity and the issues discussed earlier in this report.

171019 blog image3Once we accept the truth that we are one human race, we must repent from our sins of racism; inhumanity to humanity, war, abortion and idolatry. Then we must forgive our brothers and sisters and learn to live together and learn to love each other.

In the 20th century we turned to Nonviolence as a key to this process. These principles of nonviolent conflict resolution and reconciliation are still helpful today: I learned these principles from my Uncle MLK, my father AD King, and grandfather Daddy King. They are available HERE.

With God nothing is impossible. We shall overcome the sins of racism.

From Values Voters Summit 2017 – Yes, Christians Should Vote

News Alert – President Trump slated to keynote Values Voters Summit. Evangelist Alveda King, Civil Rights for The Unborn is present to pray; boots on the ground.

On this morning of the 12th Annual Values Voters Summit in our nation’s capital, there is a clarion call to Christians who serve at the pleasure of The King of Heaven to wake up and take action to help America turn to God. There is a looming question; should Christians vote? The answer should be obvious. Yes. Our votes in all upcoming elections are vital to this process of redeeming our land.

“Be a good citizen. All governments are under God. Insofar as there is peace and order, it’s God’s order. So live responsibly as a citizen. If you’re irresponsible to the state, then you’re irresponsible with God, and God will hold you responsible.” (Romans 13: MSG)

As the sessions at Values Voters convene, we must take note of the colliding peripherals which are bringing about the necessary tensions which lead to positive transformational conversions; conversions which are noted in such corridors as life, our economy, education and a shift in our morality. As the storms rage, the fire in our bones is being fanned during this season of uprising, as was noted at the recent and powerful RISE UP movement in DC.

As a “Frederick Douglass Republican” I urge all Christians to take action in two ways: Pray for our President and all in authority (1 Timothy 2:2) and always vote according to biblical principles.

Not too long ago, I visited the National African American History Museum in D. C. with President Donald J. Trump. Dr. Ben Carson and other prayerful Americans were there. I also attended when POTUS signed his Religious Freedom Executive Order in the Rose Garden. Now, just a few days ago, I visited the site of the Susan B. Anthony memorial park in Rochester, New York and was reminded of Acts 17:26. Seeing the reenactment of abolitionist Anthony and freedom fighter Douglass in conversation reminded me that regardless of time, skin color and all humanly designed distractions, we are One Blood, one human race; and we should love and protect our mutual justice and freedoms.

About that same time, the U.S. House of Representatives passed H.R. 2989, the Frederick Douglass Bicentennial Commission Act. Congressman Andy Harris (MD-01) an original cosponsor of H.R. 2989, said this regarding its passage: “I commend my colleagues in the House for passing the Frederick Douglass Bicentennial Commission Act.”

Now, I’m at The Values Voters Summit. The peripherals are colliding. Convergence is eminent.

If you are reading this update, please pray with us, that as we repent and forgive others, God will truly forgive the sins of America; idolatry, racism, abortion, oppression of the least of these, and more. May God forgive us and let the healing begin.

In a markedly different “Women’s March” from the one the day after the 2017 presidential inauguration, women responded to a clarion call from Lou Engle of TheCall.com and gathered on the D.C. Mall to RISE UP and pray in the rain yesterday.

Joined by national men prayer leaders such as Dr. Raleigh Washington of Promise Keepers and Rev. Frank Pavone of Priests for Life who offered apologies for abuse of women and the abortion of millions of babies there were remarkable moments of Repentance, Forgiveness and Healing throughout the day.

Leaders and thousands gathered from all ethnic groups and prayed for ethnic unity based on the themes of one race united from the Acts 17:26 message of one human race, “One Blood,” as the message of Esthers and Deborahs joined by Mordecais with women, mothers and daughters “rising up” and praying for spiritual transformation prevailed throughout the day.

At one intense moment, after Alveda King quoted Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr. “We must learn to live together as brothers [and sisters] or perish together as fools,” Cindy Jacobs of Generals International sobbed on her knees in Apology to Black women prayer leaders; “I’m sorry we didn’t protect your babies.” Alveda King of Civil Rights for the Unborn embraced Jacobs in a prayer of unity and forgiveness.

Fr. Pavone: Tomorrow’s Abortion Vote in the House is a Defining Moment

TITUSVILLE, FL – Fr. Frank Pavone, National Director of Priests for Life, issued the following statement today in anticipation of tomorrow’s vote in the U.S. House of Representatives on the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act.

“The U.S. House of Representatives debates and votes on numerous measures which vary in their significance. Tomorrow, the House will act on a measure that defines us as a people, and has a significance that cannot be exaggerated.

“The Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act would preserve the life of a child in the womb because of his or her ability to feel pain. The measure protects children from the violent act of abortion from the point of 20 weeks of development and beyond.

“Speaker Paul Ryan, Congressman Trent Franks, and all our lawmakers who have co-sponsored and who will vote for this legislation are to be commended for their compassion and perseverance in pursuing justice for our unborn brothers and sisters. These pro-life members of Congress face incredible hostility for taking these commonsense steps. They deserve our gratitude and active support.

“As for those lawmakers who cannot bring themselves to give children in the womb protection from painful, violent abortion procedures that tear their bodies apart, such lawmakers do not belong in public office. Public servants are supposed to know the difference between serving the public and killing the public. In the midterm elections, no responsible citizen should vote for a member of Congress who cannot vote for a measure like the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act.”

Priests for Life, Heartbeat International, Good Counsel Urge Pastors: Give Your People Life-Saving Information!

TITUSVILLE, FL — “Saving a life from abortion and a heart from despair can be as easy as memorizing a phone number and a website,” said Fr. Frank Pavone, National Director of Priests for Life.

For Respect Life Month this October, Priests for Life is partnering with Heartbeat International and Good Counsel Homes to urge pastors to include life-saving information as permanent features on their parish bulletins and web sites.

The project aims to raise awareness of alternatives to abortion and healing after abortion. Sometimes these alternatives simply consist in a listening ear and encouraging word, but they also meet needs like finding a pregnant woman a place to live, medical services, legal advice, help with making an adoption plan, parenting classes and help in finding a job or job training.

Counseling for those suffering from a past abortion is also provided by many pregnancy centers and other ministries.

Heartbeat International is the world’s largest network of life-affirming, pregnancy help organizations. Its message is: “Every woman should be loved and supported during her pregnancy.”

Visitors to Heartbeat’s OptionLine.org, or those who call its 24-hour emergency helpline 800-712-HELP (4357) will be connected to help available closest to where they live. Confidential guidance is offered in English and in Spanish.

Good Counsel offers a life-saving alternative for any pregnant, homeless mother in need. Pregnant women, even those with other children and those struggling with addiction or mental health challenges, may live in a Good Counsel home for a year or longer as they return to school, get a job or begin a vocational training program.

Visit www.goodcounselhomes.org or call 800-723-8331 to find – or offer – help. More information may be found at Good Counsel on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Pinterest.

Good Counsel also offers healing for men, women and siblings suffering in the aftermath of an abortion. Many are suffering silently in church pews today. Confidential, compassionate counseling is available at www.postabortionhelp.org or by calling 877-586-4621.

Priests for Life also has set up the website AbortionForgiveness.com where visitors can enter a Zip code and find ministries for healing after abortion closest to where they live. These include pregnancy centers, special ministries and Rachel’s Vineyard retreat sites.

The three groups are making a simple plea to churches of all denominations: Let your people know that help is available by placing it prominently on parish bulletins and websites.

This will accomplish two things: People in need of alternatives to abortion and healing after abortion will find help, and everyone in the parish will be equipped to help others in need. By making this information easily accessible, pastors will underscore the fact that churches not only oppose abortion but are ready to help people find real solutions.

“Everyone can reach upward, in prayer, to Our Lord for His help in such difficult situations,” said Peggy Hartshorn, chairman of the board of Heartbeat International. “But on occasion, we actually have the opportunity to reach out and guide someone to loving, caring, life-affirming help. It is by sacrificial service, modeled on Christ as the Servant of His Father and Our Savior who died for us, that we save lives and change lives.”

Christopher Bell, president and executive director of Good Counsel Homes, said, “We may all be different parts, but we are certainly members of the One Body of Christ sharing the Good News about the Gospel of Life. The more we work together, the more men and women, children and babies will find concrete help and real hope.”

Fr. Frank Pavone concluded, “There are many hotlines, websites and services. The ones we are speaking of here are the most comprehensive. We are asking pastors to start somewhere. The pro-life movement and the church do not point fingers of condemnation, but rather extend hands of help and hope. Let’s utilize these concrete tools to replace despair with hope and save many lives!”

Fr. Pavone Urges Congress to End the Torture of Pain-Capable Unborn Children

Wednesday, September 27th, 2017

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Date: September 25, 2017

732-757-9087

TITUSVILLE, FL – Fr. Frank Pavone, National Director of Priests for Life, today urged the U.S. House of Representatives to pass the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act (H.R. 36), which will be voted upon Tuesday, Oct. 3.

“Torture is illegal in the United States, except when practiced against babies in the womb,” said Fr. Pavone. “Aborted children aren’t just tortured, they’re tortured to death. Therefore, this bill stands in a unique category among the many bills considered by the House. It defines not just a policy, but who we are as a people. By passing the Unborn Child Protection Act next week, the House has a chance to declare that as a civilized nation, we will no longer permit any unborn child who can feel pain to die such an excruciating death.”

House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R) announced today that the House of Representatives will vote next Tuesday on H.R. 36, the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act. The measure would protect from abortion unborn babies who are 20 weeks along or older. A version of the bill was passed by the House in 2015, but failed to overcome a Senate filibuster by Democrats. “It is astonishing,” said Fr. Pavone, “how the Democratic party shows such faithful support for the torture and killing of the smallest children. Let’s see what their vote will be in the House on Tuesday.”

“Priests for Life is urging all of our supporters to contact their Congressmen for this important vote,” added Fr. Pavone. “If a public official isn’t willing to stop the torture of innocent children, such a person does not belong in public office.”

America, Take the Knee!

Tuesday, September 26th, 2017

There are challenges with today’s young people wanting to “take the knee” and turn their backs on our National Anthem and our American Flag. As we honor our nation, it would be good to extend the tradition of honoring America, not by attacking cherished symbols, but by including everyone in the conversations in peace and nonviolence. I for one would like to see the Negro National Anthem (Lift Every Voice and Sing) included in tributes to our nation.

What’s missing in this situation is a lack of balance due to the lack of knowledge regarding the complete and complicated history of the founding and ongoing American struggle for liberty for all Americans; whether it be civil war, war with other nations, domestic squabbles, etc. Our people are truly perishing for lack of knowledge.

Why is the “protest knee” approved while the “freedom to pray knee” forbidden? Both are constitutional.

“Taking the Knee” is a football or military term used to break an impasse; can also apply to taking a breather or saying a prayer. America truly is at an impasse. So we take the Knee to God. We need to take the knee to DEFUND PLANNED PARENTHOOD!

With all of the current painful debates regarding immigration versus national safety and security along with the horrific hostile overthrow of statues and monuments across the country we need to take the Knee. Remember: God warns us to keep away from idols. Fights over statues of “heroes” that cause race wars and fights over patriotic symbols can reek of idolatry.

“You shall not make idols for yourselves or erect an image or pillar, and you shall not set up a figured stone in your land to bow down to it, for I am the LORD your God.” Leviticus 26:1

Acts 17:26: God created all human beings of one blood; so regardless of skin color, we are one human race.

Keep it positive. Avoid disruptive news spin. Let’s continue to pray for our president and all in authority so that we can live peaceful lives. (1Timothy 2:2)

Actually there’s a lot of money at stake in sports, immigration, national memorials, etc. We all have our rants. With all the dissension among us, let’s remember that money can be a liberator or a trap. We are one red blooded race. Racism is a sin. Statues are idols. Our cherished flag and national anthem are under God, not to be worshipped. It’s time to teach and engage the Six Steps of Nonviolent Conflict Resolution.

For the record, in The Beloved Community, God loves everyone; you, me, NFL players, unborn, rich, poor, old, sick, confused. There is far too much bickering over idolatry. Everyone should “take the knee” in prayer, and ask God to heal America. It’s truly time for America to Return to God.

America is Distraught and Distracted by Free Abortions, SOBs, Fallen Idols and Foreign Feuds; Cease Fire, Take the Knee and Pray!

AD King, Fred Shuttlesworth, Andrew Young 1960s - "The Knee"

AD King, Fred Shuttlesworth, Andrew Young 1960s – “The Knee”

The daily news reports are becoming more and more unbelievable! With the Defund Planned Parenthood Debate looming, Congress has yet to defund PP. Meanwhile abortionists are still offering free death care abortions to hurricane victims. With all the death and devastation that Hurricane Harvey brought to Texas and Louisiana what the people need is life affirming help; shelter, food, clothing, real healthcare, and yes, when pregnant, they need pre-natal care; not killer abortions.

Mothers need love and support; not abortion. If for no other reason we need to end taxpayer dollars to abortion providers who are able to offer free abortions in the face of storms; the Harvey victims, the Irma victims, all the storms victims. America is hurting and killing people is not going to help heal our land. Please America, wake up! Abortion is not healthcare! Pray for America, and choose life!

Remembering the Pain of Abortion and the Loss of Our Children in the Wake of 9/11 Memorial

Thursday, September 7th, 2017

170907 blog image

“Don’t you see that children are GOD ’s best gift? the fruit of the womb his generous legacy? Like a warrior’s fistful of arrows are the children of a vigorous youth. Oh, how blessed are you parents, with your quivers full of children! Your enemies don’t stand a chance against you; you’ll sweep them right off your doorstep.”
‭‭Psalm‬ ‭127:3-5‬ ‭MSG‬‬

As the 9/11 Anniversary looms, let us not forget the loss of our unborn.

September 9th is National Day of Remembrance for Aborted Children. As we solemnly observe this anniversary, we must remember and repent. (2 Chronicles 7:14)

Every day over 3,000 children are aborted in America. This staggering number takes a toll on our whole nation; spirit, soul and body. In the African American community the numbers are disproportionately high due to the mission of genocide and eugenics agenda of Planned Parenthood, America’s largest abortion provider. Abortion is a bad product for babies and their mothers. Abortions kill babies and hurt women.

And to make things worse, abortion providers many times seize the opportunity to exploit natural disasters, like Hurricane Harvey, by capitalizing from the pain and circumstances that these victims find themselves in, one of the most stressful times in their lives.

One particular provider, Whole Women’s Health, is offering “no-cost abortions” to victims of Hurricane Harvey. So many of these people have lost their homes, personal property, and sometimes loved ones and of they take up abortion providers on their offer they will also compound their situations by grieving with the death of a lost unborn child. Let’s also remember, there is no such thing as a “cost-free abortion.” There is always a cost. The cost is the life of the baby and the harm caused to the mother, the immediate family and the human family.

This year as we observe the memorial deaths of our aborted brothers and sisters, two of my own babies included in that number, let us pray a prayer of Repentance and commitment to never be silent, never be passive and never be forgetful until all of our brothers and sisters are protected and our nation once again becomes a nation with liberty and justice for all.

Let us encourage our President and Congress to keep the commitment to Defund Planned Parenthood.

Finally, let us pray for all in authority; our President and all leaders (1 Timothy 2:2), that we can live peacefully; and that our babies can live. God bless America.
