Priests for Life undercover calls continue to reveal what most Americans reject

TITUSVILLE, FL — As part of its late-term abortion education project, Priests for Life today released another undercover phone call showing that healthy mothers of healthy children can obtain a legal abortion in the United States even at 32 weeks of pregnancy.

“Our goal here is very simple: To reveal to the American people that healthy mothers are aborting healthy babies even in the final months of pregnancy, and that this is legal activity,” said National Director Father Frank Pavone. “We are revealing this because many of our fellow citizens simply do not know or do not believe this is happening. We show them the evidence. Knowing that it is happening is the first step towards stopping it.”

The call released today was made last week to the clinic of abortionist Warren Hern in Boulder, Colorado. Hern is the author of the medical textbook Abortion Practice, which uses the words “decapitate” and “dismember” to describe the abortion procedure.

The caller, posing as a woman at around 30 weeks of pregnancy, made no reference to any fetal anomalies or maternal health problems. She simply stated, “My husband and I just split up and I just don’t want to continue the pregnancy.”

The four-day abortion procedure was scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 28, at which point the clinic pointed out she would be at 32 weeks of pregnancy.

The undercover call was carried out with the assistance of Abortion Free New Mexico. Tara Shaver, who represents that organization, said, “This undercover investigation reveals that Abortionist Warren Hern in Boulder, Colorado is willing to perform an abortion at 32 weeks of pregnancy for $25,000 with virtually no questions asked. Late-term abortions have no place in a civilized society, yet in America they are performed on healthy women carrying healthy babies all across this nation. This should be a wakeup call for Americans who refuse to believe that this is happening.”

The call was the eighth in a series of calls that Priests for Life will continue to commission across the nation. Previous calls were made to the Southwestern Women’s Options in Albuquerque, NM, where our callers successfully made abortion appointments at 25, 30, and even 33 weeks.

“Even people who identify as pro-choice reject abortion at these late stages of pregnancy,” Father Pavone said. “As a Knights of Columbus/Marist poll last year revealed, almost six in ten Americans support the protection of babies in the womb after 20 weeks of pregnancy. This includes 56 percent of people who identify themselves as ‘pro-choice,’ and 49 percent of those who identify as Democrats.

“In the light of these facts,” Father Pavone said, “we are urging all U.S. Senators to vote for the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act (S. 1622), to protect these children starting at 20 weeks of their development.”

Evangelist Alveda King noted in Influential Christian Roster while urging Prolife Votes for Alabama

Atlanta, GA. “Being included in the ‘Newsmax 100 Most Influential Evangelicals In America’ roster brings a new level of accountability to my lifelong journey of service to God and humanity,” said Evangelist Alveda King, Founder of Alveda King Ministries and Director of Civil Rights for The Unborn for Priests for Life.

The announcement reached King while she was “praying over the situation regarding the looming Alabama Senate race.” As a longtime prayerful supporter of Judge Roy Moore, King says she is “concerned that voters will be distracted by the media fury involving unsubstantiated accusations.

“While we must be ever mindful of the need to protect our women and children, we must also remain focused on the issues at hand because every vote counts in the race for life. In Alabama, Judge Moore stands for the sanctity of human life from the womb to the tomb. His opposing candidate Doug Jones who is an abortion advocate does not. Remember, Life is a Civil Right. In this election, and indeed in every election, as the One Blood Human Race of Acts 17:26, we must always vote our values, with life from the womb to the tomb as a priority.

“Jesus said: “Ye who are without sin, cast the first stone.” It’s important to remember, especially during the coming Thanksgiving and Christmas season that Christ’s lasting mission is to heal rather than condemn humanity. A divine insight: “Mercy overcomes judgment.”

“We are currently in a climate of playing the “blame game” while accusations are running rampant. As a woman, I appreciate the opportunities now available to women and indeed all victims of abuse to come forward to receive healing. However, in the process we must leave the doors open for repentance rather than fostering destruction across the board.

“In the case of Judge Roy Moore what is lacking for many is the certain confirmation that the accusations are true. On the other hand, the sincere testimonies of those who have known and supported Judge Moore through the years, mine included, far outnumber the current charges against him.

“Meanwhile, we must remember that we should never rush to judgment before the genuine facts and not opinions and fake news are considered. True justice demands that any judgment must be withheld until the real truth is revealed.

“If we fail to pursue these truths, we run the risk of creating and fostering a climate of further injustices for our unborn children and ourselves as well as further establishing a precedent for increasing unjust condemnation in the future.”

“Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.” Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr.

Evangelist King, a niece of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., King is a former representative of the 28th District in the Georgia House, and a best-selling author, a minister, and frequent FOX News Channel and NEWSMAX contributor. In addition to these roles, she has served as an educator, entertainer, and legislator, and in her own words, she serves as a devoted “Guardian of The King Family Legacy.”

TITUSVILLE, FL — Father Frank Pavone, National Director of Priests for Life, and President of the National Pro-life Religious Council, issued the following statement today regarding the U.S. Supreme Court decision to hear a case involving pregnancy resource centers and the First Amendment.

“With free speech – particularly pro-life free speech – being trampled all over the county, it’s great news that the Supreme Court will decide on the constitutionality of a California law that forces pregnancy centers to refer clients for abortion,” Father Pavone said. “Protecting mothers and their children from abortion is the very reason these centers exist. Because this pro-woman/pro-life approach is so successful, and because pregnancy centers vastly outnumber abortion businesses, it’s no wonder that abortion advocates would seek to dilute and even silence their message. Every success in a pregnancy center is a loss of business for the abortion industry.”

“Priests for Life works closely with NIFLA and with other pregnancy center networks. The people volunteering in these centers are among the most caring, self-giving people in the world. They pour out their lives in order to save lives. Trying to force them to cooperate in taking lives is as absurd as it is immoral,” Father Pavone concluded. “I am confident that the Supreme Court will vindicate their rights.”

Fr. Frank Pavone is National Director of Priests for Life, the largest ministry in the Church focused exclusively on ending abortion, and is the President of the interdenominational National Pro-life Religious Council.

Judge Moore, NAACP, National Anthem, Church Shootings – America must cease fire or self-destruct

Friday, November 10th, 2017

Atlanta, GA – “For this people’s heart has grown dull, and with their ears they can barely hear, and their eyes they have closed; lest they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears and understand with their heart and turn, and I would heal them.’” Acts 28:27

While praying for a response to the NAACP wanting to ban the National Anthem here comes the news of a very questionable attack on Judge Roy Moore. Meanwhile, we are still reeling from the church massacre in Texas. You’d think America would finally grow tired of venomous attacks on just about everything and seek divine intervention from our troubles. Yet, in the midst of violent natural disasters and human bloodbaths, we keep attacking each other rather than praying. It’s time for America to have a heart transplant and a blood transfusion.

The NAACP is reportedly offended by these lines in verse three of the National Anthem, and is seeking to repeal the song:

“No refuge could save the hireling and slave, from the terror of flight or the gloom of the grave…”

Francis Scott Key, who wrote the lyrics of “The Star-Spangled Banner,” was reportedly a slave owner and fierce opponent of abolition and according to some accounts may even have sparked the first race riot in Washington, D.C.

So as a Caucasian slave owner Key wrote the song in outrage of the enslavement of one of his Caucasian friends who had been kidnapped and forced into slavery while at the same time was glad that his Black slaves who were also fighting in the war were killed? Yet, the verse speaks of men both Caucasian and Black who fought in the war being enslaved or used by the British. Confusing isn’t it?

Whether we believe “The Star-Spangled Banner” is racist or not, we may never know the whole truth since we didn’t write it and we weren’t there when it was written. However, healing is available to us today if we can only repent of our own sins, forgive those who have sinned against us, love each other and learn live together in peace.

As the Acts 17:26 “one blood human race,” let’s leave off strife and idolatry, and call a cease fire with our words and our weapons; and let’s avoid self-destruction. Pray for America and the world.

Evangelist Alveda King continues King Legacy Series with New GG’S COOKBOOK

Thursday, November 2nd, 2017

Atlanta, GA – Why is Alveda King writing a cookbook? Who even knew she could cook? Does anybody care? In 2015 Evangelist King, prolife civil rights activist and Christian minister released KING RULES, her second print release in a series of “King Family Legacy” books. Her first legacy book SONS OF THUNDER: KING FAMILY LEGACY was written in the 1990s and was considered by some to be “controversial.” In 2016, King released AMERICA RETURN TO GOD which continues with narratives of how her relationship to the bloodline of her famous uncle, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. ties in with her work in the 21st century.

In 2017, the “creative evangelist” continues her “legacy assignment” with the soon to be released KING TRUTHS. Added to the series is something King considers to be “lighter fare” in the form of her new cookbook, GG’S HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS COOKBOOK which is currently available online as an e-book. Print copies should be available mid-November.

Along with publishing books, King includes writing and singing original music and producing film contributions in her “arsenal.” She also produces children’s books and artistic projects for her “flock of millennial and post millennial mentees”.

“Having been born into the bloodline of Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr., I take the role and responsibility of being a guardian to the King Family Legacy very seriously. My parents, Rev. A. D. King and Mrs. Naomi Ruth Barber King, assisted by my grandparents Rev. Martin Luther King, Sr. and Mrs. Alberta Williams King instilled in me the importance of putting God, family and community first in my lifetime agenda,” says King. “Here in 2017 the perfect opportunity to combine our family legacy of faith, hope, love and hospitality with solutions to the critical problems of our day just seemed too good to pass up.”

A satisfied reader penned this review, “This cookbook makes you feel like you’re in the kitchen with Alveda King (daughter of A.D. King and Naomi King and niece of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.) and her family. I’m not much of a cook but I’m going to try some of these recipes. I enjoyed the QR codes (for videos) that allow you to get to know the King Family like never before. My granddaughter enjoyed the videos as much, if not more, than I did.”

King is Founder of Alveda King Ministries and Director of Civil Rights for the Unborn for Priests for Life. She uses her “God given gifts and talents to glorify God in the earth.” In GG’s Cookbook, her new culinary offerings are being served up during the holidays; “just in time to bring love and reconciliation to the tables around the world.”
