I am very saddened by the death of this young man. I lived in Florida for many years and saw this kind of violence first hand. I was attacked and beaten by an older woman while riding my bike. I was also maced by an older man holding my newborn baby. These incidents were by so called neighborhood watch people. The man who maced me also carried a gun. He was taken away from his “job” volunteering through the police department. There are those who are mentally ill and paranoid who have no right to be in a position of authority carrying a weapon of any kind. I pray for justice. God bless you.
