NAACP Forsakes Tonya Reaves and Natural Marriage, Favors Reproductive Genocide

Thursday, January 10th, 2013

SPACER
NAACP NOIn the wake of seemingly endless moral debacles such as Planned Parenthood’s slaughter of Tonya Reaves, a young Chicago mother, and Washington’s almost manic stronghold tactics to weaken natural marriage, thousands of African Americans are outraged by the NAACP’s support of abortion and homosexual marriage.

NAACP protests demanding that they support reproductive justice and natural law are mounting. Hundreds of NAACP members have already burned their membership cards in protest of NAACP’s stance on various issues like gay-marriage and their support of and alliance with Planned Parenthood, the largest abortion provider in America who is responsible for the charge towards the reproductive genocide of Blacks.

This year we shudder to recall the pain and suffering of the millions of mothers and our dead babies after 40 years of the landmine decision of Roe vs. Wade which made abortion legal in the United States in all nine months of pregnancy. My Great Grandfather, Dr. Adam Daniel Williams pastored Ebenezer Baptist Church for over 25 years and was a founding member of the Georgia NAACP. He and his successors; my Granddaddy M. L. King, Sr., Uncle M. L. King, Jr., and my father A. D. King, Sr. all taught and embraced biblical governance. This means that historically and currently the “King Family Legacy” embraces natural law.

Our bloodline embraces the teachings of Jesus Christ, outlined in the Holy Bible. The Bible is clear on the tenants of natural life, natural marriage and family. The NAACP’s departure from the wisdom and life affirming principles of the Bible is very alarming, and must be confronted to ensure the safety, security and future of our children.

In their book LIFE AT ALL COSTS, I and other Black leaders point out that the NAACP has done little in the recent past to protect and advance the reproductive continuity of Black people in America, and less to support women by offering healthy pregnancy options including pregnancy support groups and adoption.

“In fact, their alliances with Planned Parenthood and the anti-natural marriage lobby helps to ensure that the numbers of African American births continue to be curtailed,” the leaders say.

America is under attack by a three-headed monster, racism, reproductive genocide, and sexual perversion. This monster is destroying America from within. America needs to repent for not shunning the sins of our forefathers.

We need to forgive and receive forgiveness for the harmful, hurtful influences of slavery and subsequent ties to sexism and racism. We need the blood of Jesus to cleanse us and the full armor of God to protect us. I am a spokesperson for the SILENT NO MORE AWARENESS CAMPAIGN; and have received forgiveness and healing for my own abortions.

The NAACP needs to return back to their roots and start fighting for biblical values before they become obsolete. It’s been 150 years since Emancipation was penned. Babies are still not free. Wake up NAACP.

Looking Ahead to Next Year

Monday, November 19th, 2012

The year 2013 will mark the 40th commemoration of Roe V. Wade and the 50th Anniversary of the “I Have a Dream” speech.

Interestingly enough we’re just now celebrating the 50th anniversary of the James Bond movie series as well. Yours truly happened to have gone to see the latest Bond movie, Skyfall, and I found it poignant and current.

I also note that in many of the television programs now and things like that, we had a brief cycle where you had the question of abortion and a woman’s right to choose come up in the music, movies and television programming,

And now the homosexual agenda is kind of prevalent with men saying that they’re married to men and women saying they’re married to women.

So, my question now becomes, “Where do we go from here in 2013?

Certainly we have an actual obligation and we should take it up joyfully and energetically to continue to advance the message of life and the message of natural family values which includes marriage between one man and one woman, good education for our children, and lifestyles for those that we love being chaste and living lives that express agape love.

If you look at the book of Revelations in the Bible, we are living in the end times and we should be preparing ourselves. But our message of eternity, salvation, and love of Jesus Christ should continue to be front and center in our messaging. And so our end goal should be, not only to be convincing people to appreciate the sanctity of life and not abort babies and to support natural family planning and marriage, but to accept Jesus Christ as the loving Lord who desires to bless us all.

African American Outreach Prayer

Friday, November 16th, 2012

ABBA Father, dear Creator God,

In your Word you command us to pray

For all who serve you in public office,

That we may lead peaceful lives.

We intercede for those in the offices of

President of the United States,

In the Congressional Black Caucus,

And in federal, state, county and local offices.

We ask for a new outpouring of your Spirit,

The Spirit of truth and life,

The Spirit of repentance and conversion,

The Spirit of courage and grace;

Let peace and love abound,

For ourselves and for those holding political offices.

May we be instruments of Your Holy Spirit

And witnesses of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

In which alone we find hope for our nation and the world.

We ask this in Jesus’ Name, Amen.

-Written by Father Frank Pavone and Dr. Alveda King

Ignoring African Americans’ and women‘s voices will not win elections.

Friday, November 9th, 2012

The Republican Party did not do justice to the appeals from African Americans and women who said, “Let our voices be heard during this election.” It seems that there was very little understanding that not knowing how to talk about rape and incest in cases of abortions and not looking at the women’s viewpoints did not help and then not including the African American’s voices in the election efforts did not help win the election.

The African American community reached out continually but there were no significant meetings between the national black pro-life community and the Party.

Also, there were many in the African American community who were concerned with the issue of natural marriage and our voices were not able to resonate with the Party.

And then you had the Senatorial or the Congressional candidates who were running for office and they were not able to articulate the woman’s viewpoint regarding rape and incest and the abortion issue and how abortion harms women.

Then too, the deaths of women including black women by abortion that should have been a factor or feature that should have caused women to take another look during this election cycle were overlooked.

So African Americans who were primed to not vote God’s way because if natural marriage were ignored. Many Christians regardless of ethnicity ended up in the same boat.

Obviously there is a serious disconnect or misconnect. Now what?

We Need Christians To Pray This Prayer Now Throughout America.

Tuesday, November 6th, 2012

•CORPORATE PRAYER : November 6th we pray as one voice…Don’t miss this powerful 5 minutes of praying exactly the same words. God Save and Bless America!

Father God, Lord and Master of all the earth, today we’re gathered together as one voice, one nation, and one family. We acknowledge you as the one and only God, that because of Jesus we gratefully can also honor and call our Father. Together we declare and receive your promise that “Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord.” We need your blessing Father, so please place your hand upon the heart of this country and your people and cause our hearts to beat in rhythm with your purpose. We speak with a loud and clear voice so the heavens will hear our praise and glory to the name that is above every name!

This is the day you have made, and it is to you we direct our attention, as we listen to your voice of wisdom. Today people all over this country are going to utilize the great freedom of choice given to each citizen by going to their respective polls where men and women will be selected to lead this great land. We are here raising our voices, letting you know that though there are multiple opinions about every candidate, there is only ONE that matters. We choose to stand with you Father. We choose what you choose…that the lives of the unborn are precious in your sight, that marriage is sacred between a husband and wife, that the poor and elderly, widows and orphans are dear to your heart and should not be trampled upon, that there is one God and only one, and upon this truth, our country, America, was established.

We ask that you illuminate the candidates that are most aligned with you. Bring them to the office that will best suit your purpose and use their gifts. And for the one that is to lead this great nation, let the one who will hold the most important position in the world, have a heart for you and your holy wisdom, given liberally to all who ask. May they grow in their faith each day they are in office. Cause them to walk in righteousness as they lead our country honorably and with integrity here at home and with those allies to whom we have allegiance. For righteousness exalts a nation.

You have called us the head and not the tail…the first and not the last, the people of your pasture, the flock under your care, the chosen generation! So please restore to us our FIRST love, helping us not to succumb to the temptations of this world in any choices that we make, but rather to walk with our heads held high because we belong to you and are the called according to your purpose! As we vote this day, may we vote with wisdom, conscience and love, according to your life and Word that is within us.

Let your kingdom come and your will be done on earth…in this country, in this election, and in us …as it is in heaven! For its all about your kingdom and your glory forever and ever. Now…Let heaven make a record of this prayer, prayed on this day at this hour by this people, offered in the mighty and perfect name of our Savior and King, Jesus. Amen

IT COULD HAVE BEEN ME: Black Leaders Urge: Stop the Killing, Vote Biblical Values for Life on November 6

Thursday, November 1st, 2012

For Immediate Release
November 1, 2012

Contact: Eugene Vigil

Atlanta, GA — Citing the deaths of hundreds of women, Dr. Alveda King, Dr. Day Gardner and Rev. Catherine Davis of the National Black Prolife Coalition Women’s IT COULD HAVE BEEN ME PROJECT are urging everyone to vote biblical values on November 6.

“Life is precious and beautiful. The brutal deaths of women who die by abortion warrant a vote for life and family. Stop the killing; vote for life,” said Dr. King who heads up www.africanamericanoutreach.com.

“Walter B. Hoye II, founder of Issues4Life Foundation, sanctions this urgent appeal:“Abortion, the most unregulated surgical procedure in the nation, has left a trail of dead women and over 55 million babies in its wake. Last July Tonya Reaves died from an abortion done in a Planned Parenthood abortion clinic in Chicago. Ms. Reaves isn’t a poster child. She was a soon to be married, beautiful Black woman, mother and twin sister who is yet another victim of the abortion industry’s criminal negligence and depraved indifference toward women and children. My wife and I are praying this tragedy awakens the collective conscience of Black America to this wretched, unregulated and tax-payer funded industry that is profiting from the deaths of our women and children.” Rev. Hoye is a leader in the call for a criminal investigation into the death of Ms. Reaves and other women harmed by abortion.”

In television and radio commercials, the group notes that fathers, mothers, womb babies and society at large are at risk.

“DBA is alarming. Millions of babies have died, thousands of women have been maimed and hundreds of women have died from legal abortions in America since the passage of Roe VS Wade. It could have been me or someone you love,” said Dr. Gardner, founder of the National Black Prolife Union.

NBPC’s national efforts to defund Planned Parenthood, America’s largest abortion provider, is advancing their ongoing “awareness campaign” to inform, educate and activate people to get involved to end the “scourge of abortion.” A biblical prolife vote is part of their message.

“The best way to help people is not to fund abortion and contraceptives, but rather support biblical values. People need jobs and education, not abortions,” added Dr. King.

“We’re not advocating a personality contest for voters next week. This issue is too important to play politics. The truth isn’t always politically correct. We want voters to go to the polls and not stay home. We want people to remember God and life when they go to vote” added Dr. Gardner. More information on the campaign can be found at www.couldhavebeenme.com.

Separation of Church and State – Amazing how many people don’t know…

Thursday, October 25th, 2012

Someone wrote to me on Facebook yesterday, saying that it is wrong for Christians to promote voting Biblical values because of the Separation of Church and State. The writer spoke of being offended because I was coming against the sanctity of Separation of Church and State by asking people to pray to God before voting, and vote God’s values. People think that the original intent of SOCAS was to keep God’s Church from ruling the government. Actually, the opposite is true. Separation of Church and State is intended to prevent exactly what the government is trying to do currently. The government is attempting to muzzle the voice of God’s people by punishing the right to freedom of speech and freedom of religion.

Excerpt:

The current use of the “wall of separation” between church and state as a legal defense for the removal of the expression of American religious culture from governmental institutions and the prohibition of the free exercise of individuals working within them goes contrary not only to the original intent of the Founders and the Framers but also to the religious, political, and legal history and traditions of the United States of America. Courts, county school boards, teachers, and individuals, unwittingly devoid of the knowledge of the substantial role religion (primarily Protestant Christianity) played in the birth and formation of the United States are taking the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment beyond its scope: they are using it as a weapon against the free exercise of religion and abusing it by extending its interpretation beyond separating the jurisdiction of each institution. If the historical reasons or contentions for the separation of church and state were to be applied to the Establishment Clause as they were argued, it can be deduced that neither Congress nor any state legislature, after the incorporation of the First Amendment to the states, has never violated the clause, since there has never been a governmental declaration of a legally recognized national denomination or religion. The two jurisdictions have remained separate since the beginning. However, the presence of American religious culture within the public sphere has also been present since the birth of this country. Therefore, the “separation of church and state” can only be interpreted as the separation of jurisdiction of each institution and not the separation of the American religious culture from the public sphere.

Jefferson’s reply to them reassured that the “wall of separation” was a wall barring only the legislative body of government, the external entity, from establishing a particular sect of the Christian religion and prohibiting the free exercise of all religion. The text does not indicate that the people are barred from any action. Contrary to Kramnick and Moore’s view that “a wall of separation, after all, prevents trespassing in both directions,” [61] the First Amendment is only prohibiting one party from such trespass. A physical wall may prevent two parties from trespass, but a legal wall may prevent only one party from acting—much like an injunction—and that one party is the legislative branch, whether it is Parliament or Congress (emphasis added).

It is not difficult to deduce from historical revolutionary pamphlets and other documents that the consensus among the colonists and the consequent intent of the Framers was that government could not bestow special privileges to one Christian sect and deny them to others. Government could not legislatively establish one Christian sect over another in the same manner that the Church of England was the national church nor could government compel members of nonconformist religions to pay taxes to support a government-approved established religious institution. If one sect was endowed with special privileges, all should receive the same consideration. Furthermore, government could not bar anyone from public office because of the content of his or her religious convictions or lack thereof. The Establishment Clause of the First Amendment has already effectively accomplished all these goals, and participation in the republican form of government guarantees representation in the legislature to secure the equal treatment. Nothing in the Clause or in the historical record alludes to the prohibition of government funding of religion as long as it is available to all religions, even if one religion is in the majority within a particular community. Thus, the Dworkin “conception” within the Establishment Clause is very narrow. Its enlargement can occur only by ignoring colonial history.
