Advancing Reproductive Lies: Women do regret abortion (and don’t know that their babies’ body parts are being sold by Planned Parenthood)

PPHSellsBodyParts

In a recent report, Advancing New Standards in Reproductive Health just disrespected hundreds of thousands of women, including Black women like me by saying that our testimonies of our regret over our abortions are likely unfounded. In their report, they say that over 95 percent of women who have had an abortion think they made the right decision according to their new study. Released by the University of California, San Francisco think tank Advancing New Standards in Reproductive Health, and using 667 women who participated in the group’s Turnaway survey, the report found that while a quarter of the women expressed some negativity about their abortions, “Results from this study suggest that claims that many women experience abortion decision regret are likely unfounded.”

While I am writing this blog, there is a news flash from Priests for Life working with Mark Crutcher at Life Dynamics, Operation Rescue, and others with startling evidence that Planned Parenthood is involved in a massive cover up over selling body parts and remains of aborted babies. It’s all lining up. The dots are actually being connected. Remember my Three Headed Monster Report? There is so much that is hidden. It’s time to tell the truth.

These people need to read RECALL ABORTION, visit abortionshockwaves.com, HOW CAN THE DREAM SURVIVE, theselmaproject.com, africanamericanoutreach.com and the newly released babybodyparts.com.

Okay Cecile, Name a Time and a Place and Let’s Talk About Abortion

Friday, June 5th, 2015

150605 blog image

Recently, in a Time article, Cecile Richards, President of Planned Parenthood Federation of America, said that America needs to talk – really talk – about abortion.

Yes, it’s a conversation that’s long overdue; over 56.9 million dead babies overdue, a third of them being Black babies. But let’s have that talk on a level playing field.

When we talk, let’s put euphemisms aside and let’s get down to the nitty-gritty. Let’s be truthful with the public. Let’s be clear from the onset – we’re talking about ABORTION. Not reproductive rights. Not healthcare or access to healthcare. Not a woman’s right to do what she wants with her body because the baby is not her body.

Many pro-life leaders have challenged Cecile Richards to have this conversation several years ago but We’ve never received a response.

Now that it’s her idea to “really talk” about abortion we pray that she won’t shy away from REALLY talking about abortion.

Abortion, although legal, is certainly not safe as they would have you think. This is evident by the hundreds of women who have died from abortion with report after report of ambulances being called to abortion ‘clinics’ to transport patients to hospitals after botched abortions.

Along with physical harm there’s psychological harm done by abortion as evident by the women and men of Silent No More Awareness Campaign; we speak openly of the harm of abortion on our lives.

In the past, any discussion over abortion has been heavily slanted in favor of the pro-abortion lobby. The abortion industry has millions of dollars to funnel into the media machine in order to spread their propaganda. Much of those millions is tax-payer dollars. Mainstream media is often happy to help push the abortion agenda; hiding the truth from the general public.

Like so many other propagandists Ms. Richards says, “Let’s talk about abortion,” but then is nowhere to be found when we say, “Okay, let’s talk.”

Let’s talk about what an abortion procedure is. Let’s talk about why you don’t want parents notified when children want to have an abortion. Let’s talk about the annual over half a billion dollars you receive in tax-payer money from our government. Let’s talk about who you target for abortion. Let’s talk about the many Kermit Gosnell abortionists that are performing abortions in cities all across America.

Let’s REALLY talk about abortion. When and where would you like to meet?

Alveda King Prays for Life, Peace in El Centro

Monday, May 4th, 2015

150504 blog image

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
May 4, 2015

Contact: Dianne Rogers
Mail@brimstoneservices.com or 615-414-8807

El Centro, CA – On her most recent leg of her “Peace and Justice Tour,” while promoting her latest book KING RULES, Dr. Alveda King, Director of African American Outreach for Priests for Life is stopping to pray with concerned citizens in El Centro. “There are many “Macedonian Calls” lately, asking me and my team to come over and pray about current events and pressing concerns. Most recently, we are stopping in El Centro to address a strange dichotomy. There is a disconnect in the community that must be addressed in prayer.”

King is speaking of the planned opening of an El Centro Planned Parenthood facility near the Mexico border. “Everyone knows that Planned Parenthood is after money, offering abortion and harmful byproducts; and in that process they target the most vulnerable American women and families; Latinos and African Americans. Now they are after the women of Mexicali and their babies, because they are easy prey to their lies that they offer ‘safe, legal and rare’ abortions. These women don’t need death care, they need help. Pregnancy care centers, adoption and agape love are available in El Centro. Families just need to know where to look.”

The outspoken evangelist is on an “extended tour” to promote peace, justice and “righteous civil rights.” She explains how her book KING RULES offers solutions to the unrest that is beleaguering our nation and the world. “KING RULES is a gift to our nation and the world, with real life examples from the family of my famous Uncle MLK about how to overcome the challenges of living in today’s world.”

Pointing to the opening of the new MLK Sports Pavilion and the anticipated opening of a new Planned Parenthood, both in El Centro, King said: “The MLK Pavilion offers help for the youth of the community, while the Planned Parenthood facility offers death.”

Making a word play on the caption of the MLK Sports Pavilion announcement: “DR. MARTIN LUTHER KING JR. SPORTS PAVILION OPENS, TIME TO PLAY” FROM A December 12, 2014 press release, Alveda says: “The Pavilion is open, now it’s time to pray that Planned Parenthood doesn’t move in with its well planned killing machine. Please don’t allow the leaders in El Centro, or anyone for that matter, whether it’s ISIS, race riots in Ferguson and Baltimore, or anywhere; don’t let anyone use the name and legacy of Uncle MLK to promote death. He was a man of God.

“As to El Centro, they can’t open a gym on one side and a killing mill on the other. That’s not civil rights. That’s a civil wrong. True Civil Rights begins at conception in the womb and should end with natural death.”

While in El Centro, Alveda will be discussing her books and praying with members of the local prolife community.

Meet the Face of Abortion

Tuesday, March 31st, 2015
Planned Parenthood is not your cute pet pig.

Planned Parenthood is not your cute pet pig.

“Abortion. Yeah, we do that.”

No matter how you dress up a pig, in the end, it is still just a pig. Strip away the fancy flowery hat, the cute dress, the jewelry and the pretty pink purse and what do you have left? Just a cute pig.

So it is with abortion.

Abortion, as described by Dr. Bernard Nathanson, ex-abortion provider, is nothing more than the taking of a life, a small developing baby; a baby that is alive and growing in his/her mother’s womb.

Call it what you will, “choice,” “health care,” “compassion for a rape victim,” or “compassion for a baby with disabilities,” abortion is still the taking of a human life. And abortion can never cure the crimes of rape, incest and human trafficking; only compound this and other problems.

Inherently we know this and that’s why there is so much shame, dismay and guilt associated with having an abortion. That’s why so many people have an abortion and then keep it a secret from even their closest family members and friends.

The Washington Post reports of yet another example of the abortion supporters’ attempt to de-stigmatize abortion. Melissa S. Grant and Christopher Purdy have opened up an abortion-pill clinic that supposedly has a “spa-like” feel to it.

As the article states. “The campaign comes as the abortion rights movement is struggling politically. Since 2010, states have enacted more than 200 laws restricting the procedure, and dozens of clinics have closed their doors. Groups on both sides agree that antiabortion activists have the momentum, with a simpler message — “abortion kills” — and a gut-level emotional appeal.”

The reason the pro-life movement has such great momentum is because, as the report rightly states, “”Most people in this country do not think abortion is a good thing on its face, even if they deeply believe it should be legal,” said Lanae Erickson Hatalsky, director of social policy and politics for Third Way, a center-left think tank.”

And why is it that most people do not think that abortion is a good thing? Maybe it’s because most people are basically compassionate and they know that abortion IS the killing of a human life and they know in the core of their being that it’s wrong.

The abortion clan added this: “Because of the success of the pro-life movement with the enacting of over 200 laws being enacted in states all across America since 2010 and the closing of dozens of clinics the abortion industry is frantically scrambling to change the face of abortion.”

Over the last several years we have seen all kinds of dressing up of abortion in various ways from door-to-door campaigns to a video of a young Emily Letts filming her abortion. Well, actually she doesn’t film her abortion. She supposedly films herself having an abortion. Had she actually filmed the abortion itself, the discussion would have been much different. Dr. Nathanson describes an actual abortion in all its graphic details. No dressing up, no spin, just the bare truth. (Actual abortion video: EXTREMELY GRAPHIC)

So why do abortion advocates try so desperately hard to dress up abortion and try to make it more palatable? Do they really care about women? Do they really care about you?

The answer is simple. They don’t care about you; they want your MONEY! The more abortions they can sell the more money they make. According to Planned Parenthood’s Annual Report 2012-2013, the largest provider of abortions in the U.S., the organization had a total revenue of $1.21 billion of which $540.6 million was provided by taxpayer-funded government health service grants.

Why all the dressing up, the rhetoric and the spin?

Because without dressing up the truth, abortion would be exposed and no one would buy it. Abortion stinks. It’s a faulty product that only serves to kill a defenseless human life and hurt, sometimes even kill, the mother.

Abortion has been linked to increased risk of breast cancer, cervical cancer, depression, suicidal ideation and attempts, increased promiscuity, increased alcohol and drug abuse, relational problems. Women have even been killed during abortion procedures. A list of women who have been killed by abortion is published at Priests for Life. This list is certainly not exhaustive since many complications from abortion are reported under other medical conditions since the women are ashamed to tell their doctors that they have had an abortion.

Abortion doesn’t just affect the baby and the mother. Abortion reaches deep into the fabric of society affecting the mothers, fathers, siblings, grandparents, families, friends, neighbors, pro-life activists, abortion workers, and even the abortionists. Its effects can only be described as a shockwave of destruction.

So, try as they may, no matter how much makeup or spin they put on it, abortion is still and always will be plain and simply the killing of a defenseless and innocent human life.

So, Planned Parenthood and all abortion supporters, you may be able to fool some people into thinking that you’re not a pig with your fancy dress, your nice jewelry, you pretty purse, but no matter how you dress up, most of us know that under the facade, the sow’s ears are still there.

Why All Lives Matter

Monday, March 23rd, 2015
#AllLivesMatter

#AllLivesMatter

According to the U.S. Justice Department, what fueled part of the underlying unrest that exploded in Ferguson, Missouri was that the police there were regarded not so much as officers of the peace, but officers of the fleece.

It seems that certain city officials came to regard the Ferguson police department as revenue collectors. If the city needed more money, the police were allegedly instructed to issue more tickets. And not just a ticket here or a ticket there, but as many as possible. According to the DOJ report, “Officers sometimes write six, eight, or, in at least one instance, fourteen citations for a single encounter.”

It seems that in many instances African Americans are more likely to be pulled over, more likely to be ticketed, and much more likely to be arrested. In the words of Niger Innis of Restore the Dream, blacks become “low hanging fruit” – an easy and lucrative source of income for the city government.

Blacks are among the first and most targeted.

But Ferguson is only one among many such cities where the victims pay with their wallets, and sometimes their lives. Accordingly I’m reminded that African Americans have for years been “low hanging fruit” in another endemic money-making scheme that is nationwide; where victims pay with their wallets and their babies’ lives.

The abortion industry is Ferguson writ large.

In 2013, Ferguson collected $2.63 million in fines and fees from local residents. For the fiscal year 2013-14, Planned Parenthood, which performs about one third of the nation’s abortions, took in $1.3 billion; 41 percent of that from taxpayers.

Ferguson’s population is a little over 21,000. Planned Parenthood alone eliminated about 16 Fergusons from our population last year alone.

And just like Ferguson, Planned Parenthood systematically targets minorities.

According to the Guttmacher Institute, named for the late Alan Guttmacher, a former president of Planned Parenthood, black women are three-to-five times more likely than white women to have abortions, depending on which year’s statistics you’re examining. Hispanic women are twice as likely.

Planned Parenthood will say that this is explainable. Low income women have more abortions. They suggest that it’s just coincidental that low income women are disproportionately Black or Hispanic.

What’s not even remotely explainable, however, is what Planned Parenthood – in a Black History Month press release this year – euphemistically calls its “complicated history.”

This “complicated history” begins with Planned Parenthood’s founder, Margaret Sanger. This is a woman whose life’s mission was to ensure that there be fewer children from what she called “the unfit.”

Whom did she deem “the unfit”? Well, Margaret Sanger had no problem addressing a Ku Klux Klan rally. She wrote that “the aboriginal Australian, the lowest known species of the human family, [is] just a step higher than the chimpanzee in brain development.” And she developed “the Negro Project,” the goal of which was to reduce the Black population.

Oh, but Planned Parenthood will explain that all this is nothing compared to the “good” that Margaret Sanger accomplished by championing birth control. Whenever I hear this, I’m reminded that Planned Parenthood likes to tell people that we should ignore the 330,000 babies it kills every year because it does pap smears and hands out condoms and harmful chemical and surgical birth deterrents as well.

The nation’s largest abortion chain also likes to say that whatever its past was, it is not racist today. Really?

In 2008, seven Planned Parenthood offices around the country were called and offered donations for the express purpose of aborting black babies. The caller would make statements such as, “There are way too many blacks in America.” In every instance, Planned Parenthood was willing to take the donor’s money, sometimes enthusiastically.

According to Protecting Black Life, 79 percent of all abortion clinics are located in or near minority neighborhoods. Two of Planned Parenthood’s most recent high profile building projects in New Orleans and El Centro, California, are in areas of high minority populations.

Just more coincidence, I suppose abortion supporters would say.

Here’s another “coincidence.” The Department of Justice’s report on Ferguson states that the city’s “law enforcement practices are shaped by [its] focus on revenue rather than by public safety needs.” Abby Johnson, a former Planned Parenthood clinic director, declares that her facility had abortion quotas that it needed to fill for budgetary reasons. In both instances, money was the motivating force at work. Public service was secondary, if not a pretense.

Ferguson is on the way to being reformed. Officials have resigned and been replaced. Practices are being revamped. But the abortion industry continues in its discriminatory, deadly practices. Every day, 3,000 babies lives, over 1,000 of them African American, are ended in America before we can hear their cries.

Black lives do matter. All lives matter — in Ferguson, in Florida, in New York, and in the wombs of all of the mothers in America. No longer will we look the other way at Ferguson’s practices– mirrored across the nation — and ignore the injustices, imbalances and symptoms that are being uncovered. No more.

And just as Ferguson’s wrongs are being corrected, I believe that abortion will one day be overcome as well. Then it’s inevitable that we will face the profound, simple truth – all lives matter.

HAPPY NEW YEAR FROM DR. ALVEDA KING

Yes Sheriff Clark, I agree. My New Year’s Affirmation: Black Lives, All Lives Matter

Friends, this is the very last day of 2014. What a tumultuous yet victorious year it has been. What with Ferguson, Staten Island, Isis, Rumors of Wars, Untold Greed, Poverty and Lack. Oh my goodness! Yet all is not lost! As I declare this truth, and while I have some “New Year’s Resolutions,” I also have some “New Year’s Affirmations.”

First, I affirm that Jesus is truly Lord! For me that’s self explanatory.

141231 blog imageASecond, Black lives matter; all lives matter. In the midst of the deaths of Michael Brown and Eric Garner, the notorious Planned Parenthood, the nation’s largest and most wealthy abortion provider, picked up the slogan, BLACK LIVES MATTER. The resounding outcry of outrage against their hypocrisy is still resonating. How can PPH help slaughter over 55 million babies legally, with nearly 1/3 of their victims being Black babies, and then proclaim that Black lives matter?

Yes, much attention has been given to this mantra this year. Most recently a bold affirmation from Milwaukee Sheriff David Clarke, an African American law official, told CNN: “When I hear these things – that Black lives matter, the only people who really believe that statement are American police officers who go into American ghettos every day to keep people from killing each other…. Look, the abortions? If Black lives – if they really mattered, that’s where the outrage would be that’s where we’d see protests….” He also tweeted to a New York Times reporter, “If only these faux protesters were asked by media about all the black on black killing or black babies aborted in US every year.”

Yes Sheriff Clark. Thank you for speaking truth to power!

141231 blog image3My friends and colleagues, Janet Morana and Kevin Burke, LSW, blogged about a recent article in Rolling Stone Magazine where Nicki Minaj’s shares that she had an abortion. It’s too bad she didn’t have some help that may have resulted in her having her baby because her baby’s life matters. You can read their blog HERE.

Friends, there is much work ahead of us as we put 2014 behind us. Let’s pray together and get ready!

For starters, please pray for us and join us early in 2015:

An Open Letter to Tasha Smith, Nia Long, Gabrielle Union, Star Jones, Keli Goff, and other Black entertainers and media:

By definition, an ambassador is “a person who acts as a representative or promoter of a specified activity.” This definition settles the question some of us were debating about whether or not you are aware of what you are promoting when you speak for Planned Parenthood. It deeply saddens and, yes, angers us that you are representing, and actually promoting an organization whose mission is population control and whose goals are to specifically control the Black birth rate even if it results in genocide.

More disturbing is your willingness to ignore the many and varied examples of the devastation this organization has wreaked on your friends, sisters, cousins, aunties and nieces. You are signaling that you agree with the treatment Black women have received at the hands of Planned Parenthood personnel. You are signaling that you agree, for example:

• With the tortuous death Tonya Reaves experienced when she was left bleeding in a Chicago Planned Parenthood for more than five hours after the abortionist botched her abortion. Only after scrapping her uterus another three times and still failing to complete the abortion did they transport her to the nearest trauma center. (http://cbsloc.al/1oolaSc)

• With Planned Parenthood’s failing to report the rape of minors, thereby protecting pedophiles, as was the case in Colorado. A 13 year old who was impregnated by her stepfather, who had molested her since she was 6; was sent back home with him after he took her for an abortion and a birth control shot. They failed to act even though there were clear signs of abuse. (http://bit.ly/1qJfPIv)

• With Planned Parenthood operating substandard abortion centers that put women at risk as was found in Delaware. (http://6abc.cm/1BpHwLd)

• With Planned Parenthood changing its business model and now requiring all of their affiliates to do abortions which has made them the largest purveyor of abortion in America (http://bit.ly/1nJ1ecE)

• With the targeting of Black women as was demonstrated in the 2013 study published by Protecting Black Life (http://bit.ly/1pB0NDL). Seventy nine percent of their surgical facilities are located within a two mile walking radius of a Black or Latino neighborhood. This pattern is continuing as demonstrated by the recent opening of a new 17,000 square foot facility within a two mile walking radius of 5 mega Black churches and within 10 miles of two others in Dallas Texas.

History matters.. Abortions’ racist foundation has been effectively concealed from the beginning and many in the Black community do not realize the war against black family reproduction began in 1916 with the founding of Margaret Sanger’s Birth Control League.

However, as one of Planned Parenthood’s ambassadors, it must be concluded that you do know that by the late 1930s Sanger, in concert with Clarence Gamble (Proctor and Gamble), launched a specific project against the Black family – The Negro Project – that “… sought to bring about a major birth-rate reduction among American Negroes.” (http://bit.ly/1tduQlp) Since Planned Parenthood tells us on their website that Sanger’s early efforts remain the hallmark of their mission, we must conclude that you know and are willingly complicit in the ethnic cleansing that is inherent in their mission and evident by the reduction of the Black population in America.

So we are writing to ask you to cease and desist in promoting this organization that is bent on erasing the Black community. Alveda King (www.kingrulesbook.com) often reminds us that her uncle, Martin Luther King, Jr., warned us about the perils of infanticide. He said “injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere”. We invite you to join us in stopping the leading cause of death in the Black community. Speak out now while there is still time to impact and change the course of devastation that is silently destroying us from within.

Taking It To The Streets – Getting Planned Parenthood Out of Our Communities

Tuesday, August 19th, 2014

I hope you enjoy this guest blog from my good friend and fellow National Black Prolife Coalition colleague, Catherine Davis.

Planned Parenthood booth at 26th Annual Black Family Reunion in Cincinnati, OH

Planned Parenthood booth at 26th Annual Black Family Reunion in Cincinnati, OH

This weekend I was privileged to serve with Arnold Culbreath, Dean Nelson, Alveda King, and Ryan Bomberger in Cincinnati, Ohio at the 26th Annual Black Family Reunion that was held at Sawyer Point. A number of vendors, organizations and entertainers gathered to inform, educate, feed and entertain attendees. Protecting Black Life, Arnold’s organization, hosted a booth and we were able to interact with a number of Cincinnati Black Families, informing them of the genocidal impact abortion has had on the Black community. After settling in at the booth, we took time to visit one or two others including the both hosted by Planned Parenthood. Three beautiful, vibrant young ladies were there distributing the organizations’ materials. At first I was heartbroken. I was told this was the first time the booth was staffed by blacks. In previous years it had always been staff by white women. Seeing these beautiful young ladies reminded me of the steps Planned Parenthood has taken in their multi-year campaign to reach Black and other women of color. After quizzing the young women I realized the volunteers had little or no knowledge of Planned Parenthood’s continuing Negro Project launched in 1939 to control the Black birth rate. The paid staffer seemed to have been given a script which she faithfully tried to execute including telling us she would ask us to leave.

140819 blog imageBAlveda and Ryan both gave the women something to think about. Alveda spoke of her uncle Martin Luther King, Jr. and how she believes he would never have supported aborting Black babies. She respectfully requested they no longer use her uncle, his image, or his words in support the organization’s Negro Project. Ryan shared how he had been conceived in rape, and his mother chose to give him life rather than death. He celebrated her decision that allowed him to achieve the possibilities life has placed before him. A number of people came to collect their information, most unaware that women were dying in abortion centers around the country and that many abortionists do not operate their centers under reasonable standards of medical care. In fact, most did not know the doctors cannot get admitting privileges to local hospitals because they have such a poor record of treating women. For these women our information was eye opening to say the least.
