It was nice speaking with you. As I mentioned, the woman Dr. King spoke about was fro North Carolina. To my knowledge NC is the only state that has talked about any sort of restitution to those affected by their sterilization program. New York may in the future decide that this is something that they may do but you would have to get a hold of an attorney in NY and ask them. God bless you and good luck.
