In a Newsweek interview with Eleanor Clift, Speaker Nancy Pelosi says of her differences with the Bishops on abortion, “I practically mourn this difference of opinion because I feel what I was raised to believe is consistent with what I profess, and that is that we are all endowed with a free will and a responsibility to answer for our actions. And that women should have that opportunity to exercise their free will.”
The problem with Ms. Pelosi’s statement is that, like many pro-prenatal murder supporters, the Speaker stops short of calling abortion what it is, murder of the innocents. So she is really saying that women should have the opportunity to participate in the murder of their babies, and the subsequent physical and emotional grief and pain that women often experience after the murder of their babies by violent death by chemical annilation or painful physical dismemberment in the abortion process. Pro prenatal advocates spend a lot of money electing people like Nancy Pelosi to office. This is why America is top heavy with pro prenatal murder members of Congress: A chart produced by the Center for Responsive Politics shows that since 1998, “pro-choice” groups have outspent pro-life groups in every election by more than two-to-one. The group says that pro-aborts spend more on elections and lobbying, while pro-lifers “concentrate their money on issue advertising instead.” Link: http://healthtopic.nationaljournal.com/2009/12/under-obama-abortion-rights-ad.php
