Who has time for daily meditations?






That’s a fair enough question, right? Yet when we take time during the day to reflect, the day goes better generally. In a recent reading, the word sensitivity came up. The author suggests that lack of sensitivity, lack of looking below the surface of a matter causes us to hurt others. She wrote that we should embrace IALAC (I am loving and caring.) Selah
