In a brave move, the State of Kansas recently started enforcing basic health and safety regulations that all abortion mills in Kansas must comply with… or risk losing their licenses.
When the regulations took effect, the three remaining abortion mills in Kansas knew they wouldn’t be able to comply.
What did they do? They immediately filed a lawsuit against the State of Kansas, claiming that these clinic regulations were “unfair”… “unconstitutional”… and too “burdensome.”
One abortionist, Herbert Hodes, exclaimed, “WE’RE DOOMED!”
And yet, these are the same health and safety regulations that all medical and surgical facilities in Kansas must abide by!
Why do the abortionists think they’re above the law?
It’s because they routinely violate the law - and they know they’d never be allowed to operate their “business as usual” if they had to comply with these regulations which are designed to protect a patient’s safety, especially in a life-threatening emergency.
Right now, the case is in court - where the abortionists have already been granted a “temporary restraining order” so they can have more time to figure out what to do.
A final decision will be made very soon. Therefore, it’s imperative that the court gets a chance to hear what YOU and your fellow Americans have to say about this case!
That’s why I urge you to e-mail Judge Carlos Murguia and express your concern that the abortionists are trying to get around the law.
With so many botched abortions… women dying on the operating table or being rushed to the emergency room because the abortion mill wasn’t equipped to handle a severe crisis, Kansas must lead the way and show the nation that abortionists are NOT above the law… and that we won’t tolerate such callous treatment of their patients.
The regulations must be enforced. And if the abortionists can’t comply, then shut them down.
