Every year, from January 18 to the 25th, the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity is observed by many denominations.
All Christians, by definition, acknowledge Jesus as Lord and Savior of the world. That affirmation of Christ requires that we work to fight injustice. In his encyclical letter on Christian Unity, issued in 1995, Pope John Paul II wrote, “Many Christians from all Communities, by reason of their faith, are jointly involved in bold projects aimed at changing the world by inculcating respect for the rights and needs of everyone, especially the poor, the lowly, and the defenseless…Christians who once acted independently are now engaged together in the service of this cause, so that God’s mercy may triumph”.
The pro-life movement continues to be the arena where these efforts are most visible and valuable.

will be the National Sanctity of Human Life Day. This will probably be one
of the last days for America to represent any desire to save human life be-
fore reverting to the “killer nation” it wants to become.
America elected a “killer President” in Barack Hussein Obama who, be-
fore ever taking office, espoused the killing of the unborn in the name of
Roe V. Wade and Doe v. Bolton- lies perpetrated upon the American public
and tolerated by the American public since January 22, 1973. Thirty-six
years of lies eclipses the initial times of the injustice of a similar decision
called the Dred Scott case.
America continues to involve itself in Iraq and will continue doing so long
after George W. Bush leaves office. The same can be said for Afghanistan,
where a rising Taliban will certainly result in even more death and destruction to come.
Americans will continue to kill themselves in the form of murder, through
drunken driving and by overdosing on drugs.
America has really become a society dedicated to death, where once it
stood for freedom and for life.
I am afraid the Sanctity of Human Life Day will be the last true such day
for a long, long, long time to come. Perhaps we should nickname it
National “Shed a tear and prayer day”.
You will note there is only one more day until President Barack Hussein
Obama is sworn in as the 44th President of the United States of America.
He will bring a tremendous amount of hopes and dreams with him as he steps to the podium to take the oath of office.
The oath is prescribed in the Constitution word-for-word and, as he re-
peats those words, the mantle of the Constitution as President will be
placed upon his shoulders. (See Article II, Section I of the U.S. Constitution).
He will assume a role that only 43 other Americans have ever been
granted by the American people- a role entrusted with the truth of the
American Spirit.
The statue “Freedom” above the capitol dome will be silently looking
over the crowd of one million, or more- a statue made by the hands of
a slave living in a lie of freedom until the Emancipation Proclamation of
April 16, 1862.
The former slave, Philip Reid, cast the statue, also known as “Armed
Freedom”, as one of his first actions of freedom. It was cast as a freed
slave with an American Eagle helmet according to Wikipedia.
Let President Obama, as one of his first actions of truthfulness from the
Oval Office, denounce Roe v. Wade and Doe v. Bolton as “The Lies of Roe
and Doe”.
By telling the truth, a black man will finally have completed those first
actions of another black man and “Freedom” will overlook all of America
once again.
By taking this course of action, there is absolutely no need to disturb, in
any way, the Supreme Court decisions which were rendered; but the stain
of the lies will finally become truth.
An artist is a painter, sculptor, dancer, actor or writer. As a writer, one paints the stroke of a thought and sculpts many of those thoughts into
belief.
The above-mentioned reference to Philip Reid and his association with
“Armed Freedom” was one paint stroke of thought.
A second paint stroke of thought had to do with President-elect Obama.
The “silent sculpture” was that it was written upon the canvas of Martin
Luther King Day.
The hidden backdrop of the entire message is that so many black creations of Americans are destroyed using the justification of Roe v. Wade
and Doe v. Bolton.
Was this what Dr. King wanted?
Would he think this painting of America was what he would see from
the mountain top?
Ummmmmm…no. The Dred Scott case said one person can own another person’s body.
Roe/Wade established that in USA each woman owns her own body.
A woman may own her own body, but when she is pregnant, the child in her womb is a SEPARATE person with their own DNA. She is the guardian, the caretaker, the MOTHER of that child.
A woman has the responsibility to guide her child and was entitled to be the bearer of a new life.

The Zune concentrates on being a Portable Media Player. Not a web browser. Not a game machine. This is getting a bit more subjective, but I much prefer the Zune Marketplace. The interface is colorful, has more flair, and some cool features like ‘Mixview’ that let you quickly see related albums, songs, or other users related to what you’re listening to. Clicking on one of those will center on that item, and another set of “neighbors” will come into view, allowing you to navigate around exploring by similar artists, songs, or users. Speaking of users, the Zune “Social” is also great fun, letting you find others with shared tastes and becoming friends with them. You then can listen to a playlist created based on an amalgamation of what all your friends are listening to, which is also enjoyable. Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.
