National Conference for the Pre-Born and Their Mothers and Fathers
The Congressional Auditorium of the U. S. Capitol this morning was transformed into a revival tent for the ecumenical National Conference for the Pre-Born and Their Mothers and Fathers. In a fiery 15-minute sermon that showed he is the greatest Baptist preacher the Catholic Church has ever produced, Father Frank spoke of the reasons hundreds of thousands of people travel from all over the country every Jan. 22 to march on Washington. "Today we march despite the fact that some people tell us it's none of our business. Today we march because we know what our business is. Ours is the business of love. Ours is the business of justice. We don't turn in the other direction and pretend it's none of our business.". Father Frank came down hard on a "dying and dysfunctional abortion industry," on the "false prophets" among clergy who support abortion and on pro-choice politicians. "Any public servant who can't tell the difference between serving the public and killing the public doesn't belong in office!".
