The Vision for Pro-life Freedom Rides is Cast and Enthusiastically Embraced by Over Forty Christian Leaders in Birmingham, AL, April 13, 2010

Birmingham Pastors, Pro-life Organizational Leaders and Activists make the connection that the foundation for both the Civil Rights Movement and the Pro-life Movement is the Right to Life and Freedom. Jerry Horn and Jim Pinto of Priests for Life asked for and received the good will and support of Christian leaders in Birmingham to make the dream of Pro-life Freedom Rides a reality.

Jim Pinto appeals to Christian leaders in Birmingham, Alabama to unite in the promotion of the Sacredness of Life as expressed in the upcoming Pro-life Freedom Rides.

Jerry Horn, Sr. Advisior and Media Coordinator: Priests for Life, not only shared at the luncheon but had Dr. Alveda King, Pastoral Associate, inspire the participants via his iphone!

Jim Pinto, M.E.V., with Bishop Demetrics Roscoe. Bp. Demetrics and his wife, Pauline, co-pastor Living Church Ministries where the Freedom Ride Vision was cast and embraced by over 40 leaders in Birmingham, AL.
Bp. Demetircs was an eye witness of the devastation that took place in the 1963 bombing of the 16th St. Baptist Church in Birmingham where four young girls were killed. Bp. Roscoes compassionate ministry to “the least” in Greater Birmingham and Africa is well known.

Leaders desirous to make Pro-life Freedom Rides a reality in Greater Birmingham.

Earnestine Braxton, RN, was invited to assist the then abortionist, Dr. Bernard Nathanson, in the abortion industry in NY. With the encouragement of her husband she resisted the invitation and years later Dr. Nathanson renounced his involvement with abortion and came into the Church.
