Supreme Court to Hear Oral Arguments on Obamacare
The Supreme Court will hear oral arguments on the Obamacare lawsuits
March 26, 27, and 28. The arguments will be made available on the Supreme
Court's website the same day they happen -- both in written and audio form.
To read the transcripts and/or listen to the arguments --
Go to www.supremecourt.gov on the day of the oral arguments (March 26, 27,
and/or 28) after 2:00 pm Eastern.
On the left hand side of the page under "Documents," click on "Oral
Arguments."
You will then see a menu. Click on either "Argument transcripts" or
"Argument audio" for the version of the proceedings that you want.
You will then see a list of cases for which transcripts are available. The
Obamacare cases are:
March 26 - Dept. of H.H.S. v. Florida
March 27 - Dept. of H.H.S. v. Florida
March 28 - N.F.I.B. v. Sebelius & Florida v. H.H.S.
Again, transcripts are scheduled to be available at 2:00 pm Eastern for the
morning sessions on March 26, 27, & 28; the transcript for the afternoon
session on March 28 will be available after 4:00 pm Eastern.
