Priests for Life praises the people of Michigan for working to pass the "Pregnant and Parenting Student Services Act."

"This legislation provides a unique system in which pregnant and parenting students will find an environment where they can receive free information and assistance without the pressure to abort," said Fr. Frank Pavone, National Director of Priests for Life. "We have long known that getting an abortion is not a matter of freedom of choice, but rather of feeling you have no freedom and no choice. This legislation will help to change that and to provide life-giving choices."

Priests for Life urges individuals and groups to support this program through grants and donations, and to continue to work toward state funding for the program.
