Rachel’s Vineyard, the world’s largest ministry of post-abortion healing, is adding two new sites – in Atlanta (Interdenominational) and Chicago -- for its weekend retreats.

The retreats are an opportunity to mourn children lost by abortion. It is a weekend designed to help participants grieve the complex emotional reactions common to woman and men who have suffered the loss of a child and feel regret.

Single and divorced people, married couples, grandparents and siblings of aborted children, as well as those who have been involved in the abortion industry, have turned to Rachel's Vineyard in search of peace and inner healing.

More than 1000 Rachel’s Vineyard retreats are offered at over 350 sites, in 49 states and 70 countries and the retreat manual has been translated into 25 languages. A leadership conference for those help who facilitate retreats is planned for September 2018. Rachel’s Vineyard also offers programs inside prisons.

“The abortion industry and the media continue to insist that abortion has no lasting impact on mothers and fathers but the continued growth of Rachel’s Vineyard tells the real story,” said Dr. Theresa Karminski Burke, who founded the ministry in 1995. It became part of the Priests for Life/Gospel of Life family of ministries in 2003.

Rachel’s Vineyard maintains a national hotline at 877-467-3463.
