TITUSVILLE, FL – Priests for Life (www.ProLifeCentral.com) and its family of ministries today released annual reports for 2017.
In addition to the 2017 overview of Priests for Life, the reports detail the activities and accomplishments of the Silent No More Awareness Campaign, which is a joint project of Priests for Life and Anglicans for Life, as well as Rachel’s Vineyard and Civil Rights for the Unborn. The international outreach report shows the influence of Priests for Life on a global scale, and the media report demonstrates that Priests for Life personnel, particularly National Director Father Frank Pavone, are regularly called on to comment on pro-life developments, both positive and negative.
“The reports give a quick overview, to our supporters and detractors, of what the Priests for Life family of ministries is concentrating its efforts on around the nation and the world,” said Father Pavone. “Responding to invitations of parishes, dioceses and pro-life organizations, presenting seminars and press briefings, sponsoring Vatican meetings, public gatherings and broadcasting our radio and television shows, we are able to educate and empower hundreds of thousands of people. We educate them about ways to protect the unborn from abortion and to heal those who have already taken the irrevocable step of killing their children. Our outreach is both global and personal.”
Founded in 1991, Priests for Life is the largest Catholic-inspired apostolate focused on ending abortion. Father Pavone took over as national director in 1993. In 2018 he will celebrate 25 years at the helm of the growing organization and the 30th anniversary of his ordination to the priesthood.
Last year, the ministry relocated its headquarters from New York City to Titusville.
