TITUSVILLE, FL – Father Frank Pavone, National Director of Priests for Life, today urged pro-life, pro-family individuals and organizations to continue to pray and advocate for Baby Alfie Evans, a British boy whom doctors and judges want to remove from life support.

“Today, the British Court of Appeals dismissed the case that sought to prevent Alder Hey Children’s Hospital in Liverpool from disconnecting the ventilator that is helping Baby Alfie breathe,” Father Pavone said. “Alfie’s parents, Tom Evans and Katie James, who have privately raised money to send their son to hospitals in Italy or Germany that would not be so quick to give up on him, only want to give their son every chance at life.”

 “I have asked my supporters to be in touch with several people and organizations that Alfie’s dad thought might be helpful in saving his son’s life. Today I am urging everyone to keep up the pressure. Hospitals and courts have no right to sit in judgment on the value of a human life.”

Tom Evans provided contact information for the following individuals:

Liverpool Mayor Joe Anderson;

Liverpool Member of Parliament Peter Dowd;

Liverpool Member of Parliament Louise Ellman;;

 Care Quality Commission;

Member of Parliament Jeremy Corbyn
