TITUSVILLE, FL – As lawmakers and journalists begin to examine all of Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s opinions from his time at the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals, they will discover that the judge sided with Priests for Life in its case against the HHS abortifacient and contraception mandate.

Father Frank Pavone, National Director; Janet Morana, Executive Director, and Alveda King (niece of Martin Luther King, Jr.), full-time director of Civil Rights for the Unborn for Priests for Life, were named plaintiffs in the case. All of them support Judge Kavanaugh’s nomination and are available for interviews.

“Judge Kavanaugh understands the importance of religious liberty to all Americans,” Father Pavone said. “That was clear in his dissenting opinion in our case, Priests for Life vs. HHS, which eventually made it to the Supreme Court. He’s exactly the kind of justice we need on the Supreme Court at this point in time.”

Fr. Frank Pavone will comment at length about Judge Kavanaugh and the confirmation process tonight in a Live Facebook Q and A session at 9 p.m. ET at www.Facebook.com/FatherFrankPavone.

To set up interviews with Father Pavone, Mrs. Morana or Evangelist King, contact Leslie Palma, director of communications, at media@priestsforlife.org or 732-757-9087.
