Dear Lay Missionary of the Gospel of Life:

I pray this letter finds you experiencing a Holy Lent!

Special thanks to those who responded to my last email reflection on the Theology of the Face. The practical application of this mystery offers a beautiful and sacred way of promoting the Gospel of Life. As I mentioned in the email video, the Inquirer Assessment Form, www.priestsforlife.org/missionary/lay-assessment-form.pdf plays a vital role in advancing our progress as Lay Missionaries. I would like to share several ways this form aids us:

1. The Assessment Form is a ready resource in giving us some of the most fundamental information every Inquirer and Professed member needs to know as a Lay Missionary. While the form is to be completed and mailed to the M.E.V/Priests for Life office after a minimum of ten months of formation, the Form should be downloaded and worked on as soon as one registers with the MEV-Lay Associates.

2. The Form should be used in Life Cell gatherings as a guide for learning and formation of those attending. The Life Cell Facilitator may want to spend a given time during the Cell meeting to review several of the answers to specific Assessment Form questions/requirements.

3. The completion of the Form is required in order to make one's promises as a Lay Missionary of the Gospel of Life.

I am asking every Lay Missionary to download the Assessment Form and to be ready to assist others in doing so. In particular, I call upon those who have been in formation for ten months or more to please fill out the form and return it to us today.
