The abortion left me bitter and hard

During my early 20s, I became sexually promiscuous and became pregnant out of wedlock. I thought abortion would solve my "problem".

I was given information and counseling about the abortion but not as much as I should have received.

I was given general anesthesia. I only know the procedure took about twenty minutes.

The abortion left me bitter and hard. I was angry at others.

After the abortion, I received Christ as my Savior and Lord. I spent two years working in a Christian ministry, got married to a wonderful man and had two boys. I also completed P.A.C.E.

The abortion has changed me because I know I'm forgiven and the past will remain in the past. I will always regret what I did. But knowing my child is with Jesus is the greatest comfort of all.
