It yanked the baby out of me

How did you come to have the abortion(s) and who was involved? 

My boyfriend and I wanted to have a baby, so I got pregnant, but when it came down to it, my boyfriend didn’t want a baby. My mom, grandma, step-father, boyfriend, best friend, family friends.

How would you describe your abortion(s)? 

Horrible! It yanked the baby out of me, tugging at it. The vacuum was very loud. I was hysterical and nobody seemed to care.

I resented my mom for a long time and my boyfriend. I’ve always had a guilty conscience and been very angry at myself.

I wrote a letter to the baby. I’ve done pro-life work, but it doesn’t help.

I realized what a gift a baby is, even in not so ideal circumstances and I’ve become more sympathetic to other women in crisis pregnancies.
