I was pregnant at the age of 16

How did you come to have the abortion(s) and who was involved? 
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               I was pregnant at the age of 16. Only my boyfriend (now husband) and I knew. I was staying at my sister’s house and was very nauseated and throwing up. She had a child at 16 and knew I must be pregnant.

How would you describe your abortion(s)?

Scary, unaware of what really was about to happen. "You’re pregnant now, but you won’t be when you leave here."

It was a very long time that I was able to forgive myself. Friends and family could see my depression.

Only after having 3 healthy children has it been easy to deal with. This was 15 years ago.

I’ve come to appreciate life a lot more. I miscarried after that abortion with my second pregnancy. I believed God was punishing me for the first pregnancy.
