I began to smoke and drink

I was 17 and my marriage was shaky. My mom and dad thought it was best.

I think it was a suction abortion in about my 12 weeks at a clinic in New York City.

When I accepted Jesus into my life 8 years ago, it was the first thing that kept coming into my mind over and over. I prayed and asked God to forgive me. I became active in pro-life ministry and went through the women in Ramah Bible Study, which changed my life.

After the abortion, I began to smoke and drink and live in denial. I was never able to forgive myself for what I had done to my first child. Then I met Jesus, realized his love and incredible forgiveness. Now, I am reaching others with my story and there is no more shame!
