I found out I was pregnant at age 18. After a series of negative pregnancy tests, I went to an ob/gyn who confirmed my pregnancy and gave me the advice to abort. My parents and boyfriend also encouraged the same thing.

I broke up with my boyfriend. I became alienated from my parents. I became depressed and confused.

I've participated in Christian counseling and attended a bible study for post abortive women. It has taken many years for healing to occur.

I have spent many years in recovery from this experience.
