The Doctor said, 'There he goes…'

Pregnant 6 months before . . .wedding. No self esteem. Scared to lose him. He said to tell his parents "would kill them." Was in need of their approval. Saw no other way, since I was embarrassed and afraid. STUPID.

Clinical. Only negative was that when he (doctor) saw that it was complete, he said and I'll never forget it, "There he goes." Outrageous.

We got married but it all disintegrated around us. I no longer respected him and eventually left him with an annulment after. When I remarried I suffered a 3 year infertility - Very difficult.

Cried. Didn't see the above as abortion-related for a couple years. Really didn't deal with it at all for 4-5 years, then read and prayed myself through it and no counsel.

[The abortion changed my life] Drastically - obviously. But perhaps my work today as a pregnancy counselor for pro life Christian organization providing adoption as alternative would not have happened. It provides a constant opportunity to share the horror abortion can cause in life.
