That those who have no family on earth may experience the consolation of God and the support of Christians, we pray to the Lord……
That families may spend more time honoring, listening to, and learning from their members who have the blessings of many years of life, we pray to the Lord…
That those in our families who are ill may experience new strength, and that those who have died may have eternal life, we pray to the Lord...
Celebrant:
Father, you have made us your family.
As you answer our prayers,
strengthen us by the example of
the Holy Family of Nazareth.
We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.
