Rachel's Vineyard to Become Ministry of Priests for Life

Dr. Theresa Burke and her husband Kevin have announced that they have begun the process to make the Rachel's Vineyard Retreat Program, which they founded, a ministry of Priests for Life. The Burkes will continue to direct this special outreach to those who have been wounded by abortion.

The decision came about as a result of the long working relationship between Priests for Life and Rachel's Vineyard, and the desire of Rachel's Vineyard for assistance in keeping up with its phenomenal growth in the USA and abroad. Fr. Frank Pavone has assisted in the development and promotion of the retreat program, and many of the priests associated with Priests for Life have ministered to retreat participants. The fact that Priests for Life is also active internationally will assist Rachel's Vineyard in its continued worldwide growth.
