Fr. Pavone: Minnesota House Vote Highlights Abortion Advocates' Inconsistency

“Abortion advocates say they want to keep government out of the abortion decision,” states Fr. Frank Pavone, National Director of Priests for Life.  “If that were true, they would have supported the Minnesota House’s vote to stop the state from subsidizing the procedure.”

Fr. Pavone’s comments come on the heels of the Minnesota House of Representatives’ approval of legislation to bar state funding of abortion except where necessary to participate in federal programs.
