 National Priests’ Group Upholds Parental Notification Law

Staten Island, NY – Fr. Frank Pavone, National Director of Priests for Life, today called upon New Hampshire lawmakers to preserve and strengthen the state’s parental notification statute. 

“Some legislators claim that they want to repeal the parental notification statute in order to prevent judicial activism.  If that’s their motivation, let them oppose its most egregious example, Roe v. Wade,” said Fr. Pavone.   “Meanwhile, let New Hampshire’s parents exercise their right to know about a minor daughter’s abortion.”
