National Priests Leader Applauds Oklahoma House Vote "To Get the State Out of the Abortion Business"

Amarillo, TX – Fr. Frank Pavone, National Director of Priests for Life, today praised the Oklahoma House for approving a bill to stop public funding of abortion and to bar the use of state facilities and employees in performing the procedure.

“No state should be involved in destroying innocent lives,” said Fr. Pavone.  “People oppose subsidizing the killing of the innocent, and so should their elected representatives.  I pray that the Senate will approve the House bill and get Oklahoma out of the abortion business.”
