National Priests’ Group Praises President’s Abortion Veto Promise

Washington, DC – Fr. Frank Pavone, National Director of Priests for Life, thanked President Bush for his letters to Speaker Pelosi and Majority Leader Reid in which the President promised to veto “any legislation that weakens current Federal policies and laws on abortion.”

Fr. Pavone added, “No public official who fails to recognize that children in the womb have human rights is worthy of public office.”
