Prominent Priest Encourages Prayer Vigil at New “Abortion Fortress”

 

Staten Island, NY – Fr. Frank Pavone, National Director of Priests for Life, today encouraged participation in a 40-day prayer vigil at a newly constructed Planned Parenthood clinic outside Chicago.  The facility, dubbed an “abortion fortress” because of its high brick walls and numerous security features, is scheduled to open September 18.

 

“It doesn’t matter how much money or how many facilities Planned Parenthood has.” When the people of a community come together in prayer and protest to stop the killing, they are more powerful than the abortion industry.  I urge the participation of everyone in this 40-day vigil,” Fr. Pavone said.
