New Jersey Court's Decision Is Latest Example of Judiciary's Refusal to Deal
with Reality

Staten Island, NY – Fr. Frank Pavone, National Director of Priests for
Life, today commented on the New Jersey Supreme Court's announcement
that it will not reconsider its earlier ruling in the Rosa Acuna case
that abortionists need not tell a woman that an abortion kills a human
being. "Since Roe v. Wade, courts have been avoiding the implications
of the fact that abortion kills a human being," said Fr. Pavone.
"By allowing children to be killed in their earliest months, the courts
undermine the reason why any human life is protected by society."
