Fr. Pavone Praises Passage of Abortion Ultrasound Bill

Staten Island, NY – Fr. Frank Pavone, National Director of Priests for Life, today praised the Nebraska legislature and Governor Dave Heineman for their enactment of LB 675, a bill which will allow women to view ultrasound images of their babies prior to abortion.

“The post-abortive women I’ve met and counseled suffered because the truth about abortion was hidden from them,” said Fr. Pavone. “By letting women see images of their children and thereby reducing the number who go through with abortion, this legislation will protect many from physical, emotional, and spiritual pain.”
