Early Voting in ARIZONA
In person - Early in person voting is permitted beginning 33 days
prior to Election Day until 5:00 PM on the Friday before Election Day. The
locations of early voting sites are available from County Recorder and Election
Offices. Contact information for County Recorder and Election Offices is
available at www.azsos.gov/election/county.htm.
By mail – Voters may request vote by mail ballots from their County
Recorder either by mail, phone, or online at
www.azsos.gov/election/county.htm. The 2008 deadlines for requesting vote by mail ballots are August 22 for the Primary and October 24 for the General Election. Vote by mail ballots must be received by the County Recorder or any voting site by the closing of the polls on Election Day.
