Early voting –

 In person – Any voter may vote early in person, no excuse required. Early in-person voting is available for the Primary between August 9 and August 22; for the General Election between October 18 and October 31.

By mail – Any voter may vote early by mail, no excuse required. Applications for absentee/vote-by-mail ballots must be received for the Primary by August 18; for the General Election by October 27. Absentee ballots must be postmarked or returned to the Supervisor of Elections by the close of polls on Election Day.
