In person – Any voter may vote early in
person, no excuse required. Early in-person voting is available for the
Presidential Primary between January 21 and January 28; for the State
Primary between August 4 and August 11; for the General Election between
October 27 and November 3.

By mail – Any voter may vote early by
mail, no excuse required. Applications for absentee/vote-by-mail ballots
must be received for the Presidential Primary by January 25; for the State
Primary by August 8; and for the General Election by October 31. Absentee
ballots must be postmarked or delivered to the Supervisor of Elections by
the close of polls on Election Day.
