Early Voting in HAWAII

In person - Any qualified voter may vote early in person. Locations and times for early walk-in voting will be announced by local City and County Clerks. Contact information for the City/County Clerks may be found on the Application for Absentee Ballot at www.hawaii.gov/elections/forms/absentee_application.pdf (PDF format)

By mail - Any qualified voter may vote by mail. An Application for Absentee Ballot may be obtained from the local City or County Clerk's office, post office, public library, state building, or it may be downloaded at www.hawaii.gov/elections/forms/absentee_application.pdf. (PDF format).  Requests for absentee ballots must be made no later than no later than seven days before the election.
