One option that can be utilized in just about every state is the
National Mail Voter Registration Form. You can download copies of the

instructions this site provides will indicate those states that do not
permit downloaded or photocopied forms.
Below you will find information on voting in each of the 50 states. You
will be able to access the state election website, primary dates and
voter registration deadlines, state registration forms, and state
instructions about the national voter registration form, and other

from the town or city clerk’s office. Voters may also register at their
