Early Voting in KANSAS

In person - Any qualified voter may vote early in person as early as July 16 and no later than noon, August 4 for the Primary; as early as October 15 and no later than noon, November 3 for the General Election.  Exact dates and times for early voting may vary by county. The voter should contact his local County Election Officer for details and locations. By mail - Any qualified voter may vote early by mail. An application for advance voting is available online at www.kssos.org/forms/Elections/AV1.pdf (PDF format). Applications must be returned to the County Election Officer no later than August 1 for the Primary or October 31 for the General Election.  Ballot must be received by the County Election Officer no later than Election Day.
