Early Voting in KANSAS
In person - Any qualified voter may vote early in person as early as
July 16 and no later than noon, August 4 for the Primary; as early as October 15
and no later than noon, November 3 for the General Election. Exact dates
and times for early voting may vary by county. The voter should contact his
local County Election Officer for details and locations. Contact information for

By mail - Any qualified voter may vote early by mail. An application for
advance voting is available online at
www.kssos.org/forms/Elections/AV1.pdf (PDF format). Applications must be
returned to the County Election Officer no later than August 1 for the Primary
or October 31 for the General Election. Ballot must be received by the
County Election Officer no later than Election Day.
