Early voting

In person – Any voter may vote early in person, no excuse required. Early in-person voting will be available between March 24 and March 29 for the Primary; October 27 and November 1 for the General Election.

Locations and times for early in-person voting are available from your local County Clerk’s Office. Voting locations will be open from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday through Saturday and from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Sunday. To find the sites for early in-person voting, go to http://www.elections.state.md.us/voting/early_voting.html and click on the county where you’re registered to vote.

By mail – Any voter may vote early by mail, no excuse required. Applications for absentee/vote-by-mail ballots must be received by March 27 for the Primary; October 30 for the General Election. Absentee ballots must be received by the local election board by the day of the election.
