Early Voting in NEBRASKA
In person - Any registered voter may vote early at his County Clerk or
Election Commissioner’s Office. The in person early voting period is from
35 days before the election to the Monday before the election. The voter
should contact his local election official for times and places of early voting.

By mail - Any registered voter may vote early by mail. The voter may
download an application for an absentee ballot at
www.sos.state.ne.us/elec/pdf/earlyvote_app.pdf (PDF format. The voter then
must mail or fax the completed application to his local County Clerk or Election
Commissioner's Office. Addresses and fax numbers for these officials are
available at
www.sos.state.ne.us/elec/clerks.html. All applications for early
voting ballots must be received by an election official no later than the
Wednesday before the election.
