Early Voting in OKLAHOMA
In person - Any registered voter may vote early in person on the
Friday or Monday before an election; if a state or federal office is on the
ballot, the voter may also vote early from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM on the Saturday
before the election. The voter should contact his County Election Board
for details. Contact information for County Election Boards is available at
www.ok.gov/~elections/cebinfo.html
By mail - Any registered voter may vote early by mail. The voter must
request an absentee ballot from his County Election Board. If he wants his
ballot mailed to him, he must return it so that the Board has his request in its
possession by the Wednesday before the election. If the voter is disabled
or is a caregiver to a disabled person, he must use the application available at
www.ok.gov/~elections/abs_pink.pdf in PDF format. All other voters
must use the application for absentee ballot available at
www.ok.gov/~elections/abs_yell.pdf in PDF format. If an absentee ballot is
mailed to the voter, the voter must return it by mail and it must be received by
the County Election Board by Election Day.
