Early voting in person - It is not permitted in this state to vote in person before Election Day.
By mail - A registered voter may vote early by mail if he meets one of several qualifications, among which are that his work will cause him to be absent from his municipality of residence on Election Day, he is in the military, or he is ill or physically disabled. April 15 for the Primary or October 28 for the General Election.
