Early voting –

           In person –  In person early voting is not permitted.

By mail –  Early voting by mail, also known as Absentee Voting, is permitted if you will be absent from your county of residence on Election Day; illness or physical disability prevents you from getting to the polls; you live outside your county of registration; you are a poll watcher at a polling place other than your own; or you must work 10 hours or more on Election Day.

           Absentee/vote by mail voting begins:

          September 12, 2018 for the General Election.

Absentee/vote by mail applications must be received by the Absentee Election Manager (usually the Circuit Clerk) no later than:

           November 1, 2018 for the General Election.

Absentee/vote-by-mail ballots must be postmarked or hand-delivered to the Absentee Election Manager no later than:

November 5, 2018 for the General Election.
