Early voting –
In person – Any voter may vote early in person, no excuse required, using his absentee ballot (see “By mail” below). Absentee ballots are available 29 days before Election Day. For detailed information on early voting, including locations, contact your county elections office. By mail – Any voter may vote early by mail, no excuse required. Requests for absentee/vote-by-mail ballots must be received no later than November 1, 2016. Completed absentee ballots must postmarked by the day of the election and received no later than three days after the election. A voter may bring his absentee/vote-by-mail ballot to his polling place on Election Day.
