General Election voter registration deadline – Postmarked by November 1, 2016 or apply in person by November 1, 2016

Early voting –

In person –  Early in-person voting is not permitted.

By mail –    A voter may vote early by mail if he is physically ill or disabled; will be out of town on Election Day; is serving in the military; is working at a  polling place other than his own on Election Day; or is unable to vote on Election Day due to religious observance.

Applications for absentee ballots may be made 31 days before the General Election.  Returned ballots must be received by Election Day.
