If you live in a county that offers both early-in-person and vote-by-mail voting (see below), you may bring the ballot you receive in the mail to an early voting location.

By mail – Any voter may vote early by mail, no excuse required.  The counties of Beaver, Cache, Davis, Duchesne, Garfield, Grand, Iron, Juab, Kane, Millard, Morgan, Rich, Salt Lake, San Juan, Sanpete, Sevier Summit, Uintah, Wasatch, Wayne and Weber will be conducting the election by mail. Your ballot will be mailed to you by October 18th if you live in one of these counties.

For those not living in vote-by-mail counties, applications for absentee/vote-by-mail ballots are available online at  and must be received by November 3, 2016.
