General Election voter registration deadline – Postmarked by October 19, 2016; in person at the municipal clerk’s office by November 4, 2016; or at the polls on Election Day.

Early voting –
In person – Any voter may vote early in person, no excuse required.  A voter may vote early in person at his Municipal Clerk’s office.  Starting dates and times and places for early in-person voting vary by community, so contact your Municipal Clerk’s office for details.  You may find contact information for your Municipal Clerk’s office by going to and filling in your address.  Early in-person voting ends at 5:00 PM on the Friday before an election.
By mail – Any person may vote early by mail, no excuse required.  Mailed applications for absentee/vote-by-mail ballots must be received by the Thursday before an election.  All completed ballots must either be postmarked or delivered in person by Election Day.
