Town Clerk’s office from 30 days before an election until the day before an
election. A directory of Town Clerk's offices can be found in the Guide to

Vote at home - A registered voter who is sick or disabled may request
to vote at home on Election Day. Two justices of the peace (one from each party)

then return the ballot to a polling place to be counted. The voter should
request this service from his Town Clerk no later than three days before the
election. Contact information for Town Clerks may be found in the Guide to Town
Clerks at

By mail - Any registered voter may vote early by mail by requesting an
absentee ballot from his local Town Clerk any time before an election. In order
to be counted, an absentee ballot must be returned to the Town Clerk by the day
before the election or to a polling place on Election Day. Contact information
for Town Clerks may be found in the Guide to Town Clerks at
