Municipal Clerk's Office after absentee ballots are ready through the day before

By mail - Any registered voter may vote early by mail. The voter may
download an absentee ballot application at
http://elections.state.wi.us/subcategory.asp?linksubcatid=1636&locid=47.
The absentee ballot application must be completed and returned to the voter's
local Municipal Clerk by the Thursday before the election if mailed or by the
day before the election if returned in person. Contact information for
